Vintage posters around the bakery I reduced and printed on a color printer. Easy and cheap.

In the living room, the sofa, coffee table, and lamps are from BJ Miniatures. I upholstered the sofa and made the curtain ruffle from silk from Brodnax.
Upstairs: Bedroom is a kit by Debbie Young (Young at Heart). Rugs and roses I purchased from Scale Designs. I dressed the bed with a scarp of microcheck silk.

I could not resist this kit by Debbie Young (Young at Heart). The house is one-quarter inch scale (1/4"=1 foot). I lived in a house that looked like this when I was a child.
The kit provided the structure, doors and windows; siding, roofing, bricks, and exterior trim; and the interior details--wallpaper, flooring, staircase.
I decided to make an ice-cream parlor/bakery on the lower floor and a small apartment above.
